Ward Manor at Buck Mountain is a Nationally Registered Bicentennial Farm located in beautiful Grayson County, Virginia. Established in 1777, the farm has been in the family ever since. We offer a cabin rental at Ward Manor by the weekend, week, or longer in our "Garden Shed" lodging accommodation. The cabin offers a private bedroom with queen size bed, loft with full size bed and a pull out queen

size sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and private outdoor seating/dining area out back or front porch with a beautiful view of the farm. Perfect for a weekend family get away or for a longer retreat for couples. Ward Manor is a 286 acre farm, and guests will be welcome to enjoy all we have to offer from the lounging area at the restored 1830 Barn Pavilion by a babbling brook, fishing or relaxing at the gazebo by our stocked pond, or hiking in the woods on the mountain above the farm. Ward Manor is also a conveniently located within 20 minutes of Grayson Highlands Sate Park, Mt Rogers National Recreation Area, and 5 minutes away from public boat landing on the New River. We provide a beautiful and scenic venue for events, specializing in weddings, but also other parties and celebrations. We offer a variety of services from help with designing your event to covering all the details from planning to direction, food, set up, clean up and service during the event. Every event is different, and as such is given special attention to each detail by the proprietors and staff.
