If you’ve never taken a 26/2 Hot Yoga class, now’s your chance!

A moving meditation practiced through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the warmth of a generously heated room. This deeply grounding practice invites you to quiet the mind, connect with the breath, awaken the body, and cultivate inner strength. Through stillness, movement, and conscious breathing, create space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with yourself. 75 minutes.

Memberships, class packs, and schedules are all on the Mindbody app .

First Fridays is right around the corner! Here's the lineup at Idy Hot Yoga for September 4...

3pm – Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Carrie
Light stretches and strengthening exercises, concluding with a longer meditation in Savasana. Perfect for those new to meditation, are pregnant, postpartum, have injuries, or need a nervous system reset.

5:30 pm – Yoga Level I – Vinyasa with Kellie
Breath driven vinyasa flow to build heat, focus, and strength; each sequence is crafted to challenge and inspire while learning postures and honoring your own personal practice. Gently heated to 80°-85°. Perfect for those new to yoga!

7pm – Restorative + Sound Bath with Sky
A therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation, stress reduction, and rejuvenation by holding supported poses with props for extended periods, allowing muscles to relax passively and encourage the nervous system to reset.

8pm – FREE Oracle Card Readings!
If you haven’t had a reading with Susie, this is a great time to check it out. Personal readings for clarity, confidence, and releasing blocks.

We warmly invite you to join us for a very special evening with Devia Dev — Shanti & Andreas Om.

Our music is born from a meeting of ancient traditions and modern sound. Powerful vocals, Tibetan throat singing, djembe and live percussion, ancient mantras, improvisation, and atmospheric electronic music come together to create a journey that can be meditative in one moment and deeply rhythmic and uplifting in the next.

For us, music is more than something you simply listen to. It is something you feel and experience.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, open your heart, breathe, listen, move, dance if you feel called to — and share a beautiful space of sound and connection together.
