We honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage shown by so many in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

May we never forget the compassion, unity, and strength that emerged in the days that followed.

Please join us in welcoming Jake Smith to the Sleepy Hollow team!

As the Assistant Director of Operations/Events & Marketing, Jake will support a variety of initiatives across the Club, including event planning and coordination, marketing, operational needs, and member engagement. His role will help bring Club events and experiences to life while building connections with members and contributing to the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that makes Sleepy Hollow special.

A Hurricane, WV native, Jake has a meaningful connection to Sleepy Hollow - he was a member of the Club as a child before stepping away from golf. While he may regret giving up the game for a while, heā€™s excited to get back into playing!

Jake grew up playing soccer for both the Hurricane High School team and WVFC, winning a state championship with both teams. He went on to earn his bachelorā€™s degree in Business Communication with a minor in Media Studies from the University of Tampa, followed by a masterā€™s degree specializing in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Mississippiā€™s School of New Media.

After graduating from Ole Miss, Jake worked for a local broadcast TV station in its marketing and advertising department, where he developed integrated digital and linear broadcast advertising campaigns focused on effective placement and efficient advertising spend.

A fan of all sports, from bowling to lacrosse, Jake admits he only truly cares about WVU, Ole Miss, and Arsenal FC. In his free time, youā€™ll find him playing soccer (even if his knees and ankles arenā€™t always thrilled about it) or getting out on the golf course whenever he gets the chance.

Jake is excited to be back home at Sleepy Hollow and looks forward to getting to know each and every one of our members along the way.

Sleepy Hollow Golf Club is proud to recognize Randall Stout as our Employee of the Month!

Randall has been a dedicated member of our golf maintenance team for three years, and his contributions to the course go far beyond the fairway.

While Randall wears many hats around the club, he truly shines when it comes to equipment maintenance. His skill in keeping our mowers, tractors, and course equipment running smoothly plays a huge role in helping Sleepy Hollow look and play its best every single day.

Outside of work, Randall likes to slow down and enjoy the outdoors in his own way. Youā€™ll often find him relaxing by the water with a fishing rod in hand, taking in everything nature has to offer.
