Practicing what I preach. Being a fitness coach means leading from the front, not sitting on the sidelines with a clipboard. 

Here is what putting in the work looks like behind the scenes:

HIIT sessions that had my husband wondering if I needed medical assistance.  Why? Was I loud?  LOL! A relentless progressive climb on the indoor bike that built legs of steel, a lot of sweat and a sore a$$. Progressive heavy lifting blocks because real results require real time under tension.

Trading my flippers for car keys!

Dry-land reality is calling—specifically, the high-stakes contact sport known as the school carpool line.

To make sure I can towel off and make parent pickup on time, we’re shifting our Aqua Athletics class up by 30 minutes, starting this week!

NEW Class Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM 

Expect the same high-energy, splash-filled, calorie-burning workout—just half an hour earlier! Think of it as a head start on your afternoon. You’re welcome!💦
