If you are in your 60s it doesn’t mean doing less.
It should mean training for what you want to keep doing.
Forward lunges with the weight held on one side challenge your legs, balance, core stability, and coordination all at once. (And it’s okay if you can’t currently do lunges…we have alternatives!)
Why does that matter in your 60s?
Because real life isn’t always symmetrical. You need to be able to step over something, catch yourself when you lose your balance, carry a bag in one hand, climb stairs, and get up and down with confidence.
This is about more than stronger legs.
It’s about staying capable, independent, and confident in your body for years to come.
You don’t need to train like you’re 25.
You need to train for the life you want to live at 65, 70, 75 and beyond.❤️
