Recent research has backed up what many have known for a long time and that is that 2 to 3 full body workouts last thing from 90 minutes to 120 minutes per week is enough to increase longevity.

This is an easy way to get in vegetables and greens.

I never follow it exactly because I donโ€™t always have, for example parsnips on hand. I have used extra carrots or even a white potato.

I donโ€™t always have vegetable broth either but almost always have chicken broth and it works well and gives it a little extra flavor.

Raw pumpkin seeds and feta cheese taste good on top. I rarely have them in the house either so I just go without.

Donโ€™t forget the salt or it will be very bland. You can use a splash of apple cider vinegar on top.

Double the recipe and freeze some for later.

I have one kettlebell at home so I make it work.

This could have been a day that I skipped a workout.

With so many chores or more fun things to do, itโ€™s easy to say โ€œtomorrow.โ€

You pick stuff up from the floor all of the time.

Letโ€™s work on lifting heavy things so 1. You can actually do it and 2. You do it well and decrease risk of injury

The deadlift move looks easy but it is complex โ€ฆthereโ€™s a lot going on.

Great combo for anyone who knows they arenโ€™t getting younger and who doesnโ€™t want to be fragile in their old ageโ€ฆor their is, old age ๐Ÿ‘€

Squat to reverse lunge with racked kettlebell on same side.

Core , legs, heartโ€ฆall getting a great workout.

Most of the ladies did this today, but there are always modifications and alternates for women who need something else.
