Happy Thursday! I have been reading about so many people that have started running through this pandemic. Give yourself credit for the effort & time you are putting in. Don't obsess over the pace! You are out there MOVING At YOUR OWN PACE! It's not a competition! Just like strength training! We don't all LIFT the same weight BUT WE ARE DOING IT, FOR OURSELVES!! MOVE IT, LIFT IT, RUN IT! DO WHAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU!! KEEP IT HAPPY & HEALTHY!

KEEP THE BODY MOVING! Walk some stairs, walk around (inside or outside) your home, march in place, just keep it movin'! 10-15 minutes a day X 2-3 times a day!

THURSDAY'S DIET TIP: Plan your meals ahead of time. Have a plan as to what your breakfast (most important meal) will be, what you are having for lunch and a dinner plan. Try not to just grab something quick (usually full of unwanted fat and calories). DIET IS APPROXIMATELY 85% OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS & THE REST IS EXERCISE & GENETICS!! Don't fuel your body with anything but healthy, delicious REAL FOOD!!
