MSA-Livingston 16u Baseball Tryout TONIGHT 🥳⚾️

Coming off an 11-12 season with 3 semi-final runs and 2 championships, our 16u roster is already 10 deep: 9 returners, 6 entering year 4 together. Open to all players, but especially looking for pitchers, corner outfielders, and lefty bats (versatile infielders/catchers are a plus).

This is my 8th year as a head coach with MSA, and I’m also the current head coach at Great Lakes Christian College. My priority is always development first - helping guys connect with schools at the JUCO, NAIA, NCCAA, D3, and D2 levels through FieldLevel assistance, video, the right camps, and exposure at local showcases and tournaments. Players will also get additional exposure with my college program as well!

If a close-knit, development-first roster sounds like your kind of team, swing on by tonight!

We are conducting a "make-up" tryout tomorrow (and possibly Wednesday) from 6-8:30 pm at Shepherd of the Lakes Church in Brighton (2101 S Hacker).

Below are the teams for 2027, and their respective needs:

- 10u - full
- 11u - looking for 2 more players
- 12u - looking for 4 more players
- 13u - possibly 1 player
- 14u - full

Tryouts for our 15u will be July 28, 16u will be August 4 and 18u August 5.

What a day for MSA today.

11u won 16-1

14u went 3-0 on the day to win the Summer Sizzler outscoring their opponents 43-9

15u went 3-0 to win the FAAST Sports Midsummer Classic, including a 30-4 team in the finals, as they outscored their opponents 29-10

16u went 1-1 as they lost in the Midsummer Classic championship game

18u won their game 7-6
