G**o Joe led Sunday class this morning. Warm-ups, formal strikes, and De Fondo level 1 was the lesson plan for today. Everyon put in the work and did great!

De Fondo was the lesson plan for today's Giron Arnis Escrima class. Everyone put in the effort and did great!

It's been a year now, but still very proud of the Bahala Na members who went out and participated in this tournament. Three Houston members and a G**o from Club #1 in Stockton went to San Antonio and all of them came home with medals.

Sunday's Giron Arnis Escrima class was all about De Fondo. We worked various levels and rotated partners to get a different feel of the attacks. Always implementing the three tenets of Bahala Na, Mindset Skillset and Applied Intent.

Big Sunday Giron Arnis Escrima class today! We covered some Abanico drills, the Larga Mano follow drill, and ended with Miscla Contras drills to work those hard blocks and quality strikes.

Wednesday night class was full of hard work! We worked De Fondo levels, Abanico follow drill, and box drill. Hard work, quality reps, and a passion to grow!
