Contestants can participate from shore, by wading, or from a boat. The tournament takes place each summer from the Saturday before Memorial Day to Labor Day.

In addition to it being the last weekend to fish the tournament, it's also your last opportunity to get in on our Member Bonus Giveaway. How it works: All eligible entrants (who do not win a top prize) in the 2026 CCA Texas STAR Tournament will be automatically entered for an opportunity to win one of two incredible prizes: a truck OR a boat.
