Our 12-week Life & Basketball curriculum combines life skills with basketball fundamentals, helping youth reach their full potential not only as basketball players but also as individuals. By providing clear and concise teaching points, we aim to make it easy for parents, teachers, and coaches to follow. Along with detailed teaching points for each drill, we also offer video demonstrations of each one. You can access our interactive curriculum on your computer, phone, or tablet. This curriculum was created by Coach Brett Gunning, who spent 26-years coaching in the NBA and NCAA, working alongside Hall of Famers Jay Wright, Rick Adelman, and Kevin McHale, as well as future Hall of Famer Mike D'Antoni. Gunning had the opportunity of coaching hundreds of players over the course of his career, including NBA greats Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden.
