Melissa showing good progress with her transformation .
As a nurse she dealt with long working hours that caused her to have low energy , bad eating habits , and a non existent life outside of her job.
She finally had enough and did something about it . That’s when she started on her journey with us . With a strong why it didn’t take long for her to develop a good routine. And in just 4 months she not only hit her goals . But now recently is working on building muscle in certain muscle groups while keeping her stomach and upper body toned . Also her energy is now off the charts.
