Every softball player wants to throw harder.

Very few take the time to improve the mobility that allows them to throw efficiently.

When the shoulder loses mobility, the body starts finding other ways to create movement.

These Frisbee Hamstring Curls are one of my favorite exercises because they challenge the hamstrings through both the lowering and pulling phases.

Why does that matter?

⚡ Hamstrings are one of the biggest contributors to sprinting speed.

⚡ Stronger hamstrings help decelerate the leg during sprinting and may reduce injury risk.

⚡ Better hamstring strength = better acceleration, top-end speed, and overall athleticism.
