Every softball player wants to throw harder.
Very few take the time to improve the mobility that allows them to throw efficiently.
When the shoulder loses mobility, the body starts finding other ways to create movement.
That’s when:

❌ Mechanics change
❌ Discomfort starts showing up
This is one of my favorite drills to improve shoulder mobility, rotation, and arm health before it becomes a problem.
