Every Friday class is known as Rumble in the Jungle. This is the class where our students main goal is to apply the techniques of the week in a live training scenario as well as keeping up with the pace of the rounds. More experienced students are also tasked with bringing up the little lions up to speed. Nothing but rounds on this day.
