Judo (柔道 jūdō, meaning "gentle way") is a modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport created in Japan in 1882 by Jigoro Kano. At Freedom Judo, students will learn more than just the sport of Judo...they will learn skills that will benefit them both on and off the mat.
