🇺🇸 Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. In observance of Memorial Day, the gym will be closed today.

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Lauren 🎓

Our second senior spotlight is Coach Lauren! 💙 Lauren has been coaching with us for a little over a year and has brought so much positivity and encouragement to our athletes.

Lauren’s favorite event to coach is Spring Spectacular because she loves watching her athletes perform all the skills they’ve worked so hard to learn. One of her favorite parts of coaching has been seeing her athletes master new skills and move up to the next level. ✨

Her most memorable moments with her athletes happen during stretches when they pretend to be butterflies and “fly” over to her. 🦋💕

Lauren says she will miss her athletes and her work family the most.

After graduation, Lauren plans to attend Heidelberg University where she will major in Communication and minor in Media and Psychology, while continuing her cheerleading career. 📣👏

“I would like to thank everyone for the love and support!”

We are so proud of you, Lauren, and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you! ❤️🎉
