Thursday was all about those back bends!!!

This past year has been amazing for Livi Maness. She started with beginner skills she had picked up from dance over the years but she had great flexibility and was strong enough to be pushed. Fast forward to today and she can do both walkovers, both handsprings, she can double back handspring standing, triple back handspring with her roundoff, she can head-spring, she can kip-up, she can Aerial. On the trampoline she can front tuck, back tuck and layout (she's even done a half once 😆) But finally she tried her roundoff tuck on the floor so I figured it's time to brag on her a little bit.
