All students are invited to bring a friend with them to class to train. Reminder that any buddies under age 18 need to have a parent/guardian with them to sign a waiver.

🥊This week (6/15) students will be working on their 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚. All students, orange belt and above, are required to bring their sparring gear to class to participate.

𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍: We will not be sparring on Buddy Day (6/19). We will be on a Sparring Schedule on Saturday (6/20) but there will no Children's Classes due to Train with Dad at 10AM.

💪 This morning our black belt students and candidates for black belt got together for our 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦. This is an important time of training, evaluation, and camaraderie between some of the highest ranking members of our school. Tang Soo to all our amazing students!

🥋 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍: There will be no classes tomorrow (6/13) due to our Summer 2026 Black Belt Phase Exam. All black belts and black belt candidates are required to attend at the appropriate time for their age. Full uniform and sparring gear is required.
