First step: data!

Showing a driver what they're looking at and bringing an awareness to their tendencies is big. Then we create a training plan to improve the low hanging fruit, then rinse and repeat.

I'm so excited about this new tool!

Entering a practice session a little late at Mid-Ohio.

We're going to be implementing it more with our coaching clients to show where they're at, develop a training regimen, and track their progress.

Learning a ton from the new kind of data we have - eye tracking!

Anything from fixations, dwell time, eyelid aperture, pupil dilation, blink rate/duration, areas of interest, etc - driver coaching just got a whole lot more interesting!

Race 3 - fresh rain, and all but two stayed on slicks. After gridding p4, p1 pulled into the pits (probably the smartest one of all of us) - so slicks in the rain at it is!

Then, Saturday and Sunday I'll take over and drive in the Thunder Roadster sprint races - over 20 cars deep!

Take a ride with tame racing driver in Mooncake the Mazda2 at Grattan Raceway!

This will be the first we haven't run in eight years. And we are sad about missing out.

We've done everything from driving slow cars fast, to organizing multi-team efforts, willing our broken racecar through 4000 miles, trying to show that fun has little to do with lap times, and finally tried our hand at trying hard last year - resulting in finishing 10th overall.

We wish nothing but the best for all of the competitors this year, and trust that the spirit of the OLOA that we love, people helping people to get through together, shows through.

We're going to stop by Friday night to say hello - hope to see you there!
