Holland friends! Have you checked out the new Holland Community Center? If not, you need to! They are having an Open House tonight through Saturday. I will be teaching Zumba Gold and Silver Sneakers classes there beginning September 29th. Lots of other great classes and amenities.

I am excited to announce that I will be teaching Zumba Gold at MVP Athletic Club in Holland! I will be rotating with Zumba with Summer Spedowski every other Friday at 10:30 beginning September 13th! I will have a limited number of free passes available if you would like to check it out.

Hi Zumba Friends! I have some exciting news! After 9 long months, I am going BACK TO CLASS! Starting NEXT WEEK on September 6th at 10:30am I'll be teaching a brand new 45 minute Zumba GOLD class at MVP Athletic Club, Holland. I will be sharing the class with my fellow ZIN sister Amanda Chocko as we will be rotating every other week.

Zumba Gold is a modified version of Zumba with choreography that is lower intensity, lower impact, and easier to follow. It's a dance exercise class that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Perfect for seniors and beginners of all ages!
