Big morning on the grounds of CCHS. Super fun and rewarding racing on a course you helped make happen and set up, as well as seeing all the kids enjoying it too. It was a bit of a dark, foggy, and humid race, but fun nonetheless.

First XC race of the year!
This past friday, NBL raced at the Under the Lights meet at South Christian. There is nothing better than racing a 5k on the grass during golden hour! This is always such a fun and unique meet and had a blast cheering on the high schoolers as well.

The Byron Days 5k:
It was a beautiful morning, and it made for a very enjoyable 5k race. We love doing the Byron Days 5k because it sets a great baseline time heading into the cross country season. It gives us something to work from and get a feel for where we are at.

Caleb Kals - 17:54 - 7th Overall - 🥇in age group
Owen - 18:01 - 10th Overall - 🥈in age group
Cole - 18:07 - 11th Overall - 🥉in age group
Nate - 18:51 - 21st Overall
Trav - 19:46 - 29th Overall

It was an awesome race this morning and a great way to start the season. It was also super fun running alongside the high school xc kids and getting to see where they are at in their training and get them excited for the upcoming season. We can wait for XC!
