Hilton Parma Recreation Hilton-Parma Parks & Recreation provides a wide variety of youth, adult, senior, and family programs.

Hilton-Parma is located in Monroe County, is a suburb of Rochester, New York. Hilton-Parma has a variety of recreational areas including two town parks, one village park, one museum, a disc golf course within Town Park, Braddock Bay Wildlife Management Area, two public golf courses and Lake Ontario.

🍂 FALL IS ALMOST HERE...AND SO IS A NEW SEASON OF EXPERIENCES! 🍎🏈

As summer begins to wind down, we’re getting ready for cooler days, changing leaves, football Sundays, comfort foods, and all the things that make fall in our community something special!

We’re excited to release the 2026 Hilton-Parma Parks & Recreation Fall Experience Guide, filled with programs, activities, events, and plenty of opportunities to get out, try something new, and connect with your community. 💙

Limited space remains in our B&AR Program, including options for both school age and UPK students.

Our programs provide families with a safe, engaging, and convenient option surrounding the school day.

💦☀️ THE WAIT IS OVER…LET’S MAKE A SPLASH! ☀️💦

We are excited to announce that the NEW Parma Town Park Sprayground opens TOMORROW! 🎉

⏰ Daily Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We know this has been a highly anticipated addition to Parma Town Park, and we sincerely thank our community for your patience as we worked to get to this point. While summer may be winding down, we wanted our community to have the opportunity to enjoy the Sprayground this year, and we plan to keep the water flowing into the early fall for as long as Mother Nature allows! Entry into the area is free.

A tremendous THANK YOU goes to our Parks Team. So much of what it took to get here happened behind the scenes, including extensive site preparation, drainage work, pump system installation, repairs, testing, troubleshooting, and much more. Our team invested countless hours and a tremendous amount of pride into this project. Having the skill and ability to complete so much of this work in house also provided significant savings to our taxpayers. We are incredibly fortunate to have them. We also want to thank our partners on the project, Align Outdoors, Parkitects, and LaBella Associates for their hard work, creativity, and design assistance.

A quick note before you visit: The Sprayground itself is ready for play, but restoration of the surrounding site is a significant process and will continue. For now, visitors will use a temporary entrance on the west side of the pad, and temporary fencing will surround the splash area to provide a safe separation from ongoing site work. Please be mindful of this when visiting.

There is still more to come! We look forward to completing the surrounding restoration and celebrating this new community space with an official Grand Opening next spring.

🚙💨 We may have had a late entry into yesterday’s Hilton's Classic Wheels on Main Street car show…

Two Jr. HP Parks & Rec Team members rolled into Classic Wheels on Main Street in their blue Mustang and certainly turned a few heads. 😂 Apparently there is no minimum model year when you have a ride this sweet!

We always love partnering with this amazing community event and adding a little extra fun for our youngest car enthusiasts with the HP Rec Kids Zone, featuring giveaways, a bounce house, and a cool treat from Kona Ice of Genesee Valley!

A beautiful day, gorgeous classic cars, lots of smiling faces, and two very proud Mustang owners cruising Main Street.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to see us during this great community experience!
