We are here to provide personal and group training for NYS Pistol Permits, Utah Non Resident Permits, and can facilitate training to assist you to obtain your Non Resident Florida Permit. Certified NRA Instructor who can teach Basic Pistol, Shotgun, Self Defense in the Home and The Refuse to Be a Victim Course.

Type 2 malfunction. Simply stated here the gun didn't eject the spent casing and its not running anymore. This could be a battlefield pickup meaning we find this gun on the ground and are getting it back into the fight, or we take this gun from our partner etc. We could have a dirty gun and extractor or some type of faulty ammo. Either way we are going to tap rack and reasses the target. So it is simply this:

1. Tap the bottom of the magazine to ensure that it is seated.

2. Rack the slide. We are not attacking the brass we are attacking the slide.

3. Reassess the target and if a threat is present press the trigger.

The bore light....a safe way to see that our barrel is free from obstructions. We got this Defiant Light at and its the perfect bore light to make sure your barrel is free from obstructions. Here we are using a ***kinc 17 gen 5 and a yellow folder to put in front of the barrel to ensure the light it passing through. Proving justification....

Were take action now we have to prove we were justified in doing so.

1. Authroized by law to use the force we took.

2. Were our actions reasonable? Would another person in a similar situation taken he actions we took. Think of the reasonable man standard.

3. Necessity - were our actions completely necessary. Is there anything else we could have done to stop the action? Could we run away, lock a door, break contact and run off?

4. Recklessness - were others in danger that need not be. This will almost always be considered in court.
