Huge congratulations are in order! If you've trained at MSDC over the years, at any of our locations from the karate school, the Middletown school, the Meriden school, or Adaptive Movement Parkour, then you know 2 things about this man:

1) is the hardest working man on the mats.
2) Jose is also the hardest CARING man on the mats.

Whether it's your first day or you've trained for years, Jose is going to make sure you had a great day on the mats and you walked away with something good.

Yesterday, an absolute murderer's row of partners, including a number of brown and black belts, got together to pay tribute to Jose in the best way we know how: by smashing him for 3 hours at his black belt test. He smashed us all right back and passed with flying colors under BJJ legend and Coral Belt .sandiego. I cannot be more proud of him, for his accomplishments but also for the incredible grappler, teacher, and man he has become.

Please help us in congratulating him!
