Cave Country Dive Shop is hiring!

Assistant Store Manager / E-Commerce Operations

Cave Country Dive Shop by Paragon Dive Group is looking for a highly reliable, organized, and adaptable team member to support day-to-day operations in store and online. This team member will operate across retail sales, shipping/receiving, and online store maintenance.

This is a hybrid operations role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can fluidly shift between customer-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes operational work. One hour may involve helping a customer with rental equipment; the next may involve receiving inventory, updating products online, preparing shipments, and filling gas.

𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 — This one is worth showing up for! We’re opening up the shop for an 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 this 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯) from 6–9PM.

Over the last few months, we’ve been making some serious upgrades to the shop and facilities, and we want to invite the local dive professional community in to see what's cooking...

This will be a casual night to connect with other instructors, talk diving, check out the renovations, and hear a quick update on what Cave Country is doing to support local instructors.
