🐸 Frogmen State Recap is here! Woot woot!

The Frogs had an awesome time at State reconnecting with old friends and meeting new teams along the way. They absolutely crushed their presentation. After leaving the judging room, Coach Heath said, “I think that’s the best I’ve ever seen them present!” 🥳

At the robot table, a few unexpected hiccups popped up. With only one chance between matches at the practice table, the team quickly adjusted their robot and coding to account for a slight skew on some of the boards. They handled the pressure like pros. No freakouts. Just focused problem solving. 👏

While the team didn't place high enough this time to earn a bid, they had a great experience and learned a ton. Truly living the More Than Robots spirit. 🤖💚

Huge congratulations to our friends, the Powerlords of the Universe, who are headed to Worlds in Houston! There is nothing better than seeing your friends succeed. ☺️

This marks the first real break for the Frogmen in over three years. At first they were a little bummed, but quickly shifted perspective and saw it as a chance to recharge, learn new skills, and explore new ideas before the next season.

We could not be prouder of this crew. The future is bright for the Frogs. 🐸✨

After months of long, frequent practices, the Monkeys hard work paid off in a huge way at Regionals with a 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟬𝟬! Emotions were high during that run with cheers and happy tears.

The celebration continued when they received an invitation to the 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗽𝗸𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 and were honored with the 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. 🎉

𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗪.𝗔.𝗟.𝗟.𝗘., our first-year competition team that jumped into robotics full steam. After countless late evenings refining their robot and innovation project, their hard work paid off with 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟯𝟮𝟬! 🏆

They spent hours tweaking runs for consistency, soaked up the Regionals experience (including ice cream at The Vault 🍨 and dinner together), and even asked weeks ago to keep meeting through spring and summer. Now, with a bid in hand to the 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗽𝗸𝗮, 𝗙𝗟 this summer, they get to do just that. 😉
