Starts October 5th, and we offer various times to fit any busy adult schedule. You can choose between 30-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour duo sessions.

Giving these amazing swimmers their hard-earned certificates at the end of the month is hands-down our favorite part of what we do! We love watching our Little Fish master their back floats and swim short distances as they level up to Ocean Explorer—and seeing them get one step closer to becoming our future Olympians! They put in the work and earned every bit of this accomplishment.

Think a 14-month-old is too young to learn real swim skills? 👶💦

Most parents think swim lessons at this age are just splashing around. They aren't.

In this video, my 14-month-old son is learning:
1️⃣ Controlled breath-holding (no panic)
2️⃣ Active kicking mechanics for propulsion
3️⃣ Body recovery & balance when coming up for air

Notice how he wobbles for a second finding his feet when he pops up? That’s deliberate. Learning how to self-correct and recover balance in the water is how kids build real, unshakeable confidence instead of depending on floaties.
