We’re excited to launch two NeuroFit class levels designed specifically for adults living with Parkinson’s or other neurological conditions.

🕙 Level 1 — 10:00 AM
Perfect for those getting started or needing more support with movement and stability.

🕚 Level 2 — 11:00 AM
For those ready to progress with more challenge, coordination, and movement complexity.

Classes meet twice per week, giving you consistent, structured training that supports real progress.

Upgrade Option Available:
Get access to guided home workouts through our app, so you can continue training between classes and build momentum faster.

What Makes NeuroFit Different?
Our program is built on proven fundamentals that train both the body and the brain:

We are on a mission to show that a Parkinson’s diagnosis doesn’t mean you have to stop moving; it means it’s time to move with purpose.

Join Pete and me at the Coeur d’Alene Elks Club for a free lecture dedicated to the Parkinson’s community. We’ll be diving deep into the science of NeuroFit and how specific, neurological-based training can help slow the decline of PD and improve daily quality of life.
