Another week, another opportunity to support our athletes 🙌🏼

Got a chance to watch the Tommerup sisters in action, it’s been awesome to see both of these girls put in so much hard work with us and have it pay off in games.

Monroe did a great job at first base and added some nice hits to help her team get the win, Emary was a leader out there for Lady Jr Viks Basketball running point!

Millie Cushman is our Feature Friday athlete of the week! 🏐 🚀

Since day one Millie has done nothing but excel in every workout she’s done here at ETS. Millie is always looking for ways to improve, has made serious strides in her strength and power, and is always bringing an awesome attitude to the gym. We’re grateful to have you as a part of the family!

Thank you for all of your hard work so far, and we can’t wait to watch you dominate on the court for Coeur d'Alene Viking Volleyball this fall!

Huge thank you to Heart First Academy for leading an incredible Mental Performance Clinic last week.

Building athletes goes far beyond physical performance. Learning how to handle adversity, respond to challenges, and grow through competition is just as important - for athletes and parents alike.

Our mission will always be to serve, impact, and inspire every athlete and family who walks through our doors. We’re excited to keep building something bigger than training alone and continue investing into the people and families that make up this community.

Today we have a very special Feature Friday here at ETS Coeur d’Alene.

Brody and Braxton Smith are two of our most consistent athletes - always bringing the energy and enthusiasm we look for on a daily basis. Whether it’s on the football field, baseball diamond, or basketball court, these two represent what it means to be a part of the ETS Family. Thank you two for all of your hard work - this is only the beginning for both of you!

Today we also say goodbye to Coach Travis as he moves to take over the wide receiver room for Timberlake High School! Travis has helped build the culture here at ETS, and has made a huge impact on our athletes both inside and outside of our four walls. Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and leadership - the Tigers are getting a great one!

ETS has been and always will be about its people, whether coach or athlete you’ll always be a part of the family.

Very proud of our athletes as they continue to compete with summer right around the corner.

Clayton Moss and Easton Hofer represented our Speed Plus class, the boys were looking fast around the bases & were great teammates on the diamond!

The sting squad brought home the Hotshot tournament championship, as always Felicity and Emma gave it their all every time they stepped on the field 🐝
