👉 It’s funny, how we really are our greatest critic. I look in the mirror and think to myself “I am nowhere near my goal yet”. However if I was to look back just a few short years ago I would have surpassed my goals back then. So here are a few rules to live by. ⬇️
1️⃣ Appreciate the hard work that you put into your workouts, health, and well being each day. Don’t constantly be hard on yourself.
2️⃣ Realize that it’s okay that your goals are constantly changing. And that you will always be a work in progress. But you are friggen awesome 👊🏻⚡️
3️⃣ Learn to take compliments and actually receive them rather than shrugging them off. Recognize the effort you have been putting in.
4️⃣ STOP 🛑🤚comparing yourself to Instagram models, bodybuilders, CrossFit athletes, or whatever it is that you follow and focus on simply being the best version of YOU! You will be so much happier each day.
5️⃣ Realize that even that person at the gym with the “perfect” physique has just as much insecurities as you do. We are all human.
6️⃣ Be consistent, never give up on your goals and dreams! They matter every single day.
