Memorial Day weekend is almost here! If you are in town Monday May 25th, come join your peers at either 630a, 8a, or 930a to remember those who lost their lives in the act of service. We are hosting the Hero WOD Murph. Following the workout we will have Coach/Chef Andrew’s yummy pancakes ready for you as well as other breakfast type snacks! Saturday shoutout to one of our absolute rockstars! đŸ‘đŸ”„

When Hallie first started, it was just 2 classes a week and back squats were done with dumbbells because the barbell felt too heavy. Fast forward to today:

✅ 5 classes every week
✅ 70 pounds lost
✅ New 5 rep max back squat: 120 lbs đŸ’Ș

This is what consistency looks like. Not perfection. Not overnight success. Just showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process day after day.

We couldn’t be more proud of Hallie and the strength, discipline, and confidence that she’s built along the way.

Athletes!!! Your “in season” training program is just as important as your “off season” training program! While they may look a little different, each program has a specific purpose. In fact, one study on high school athletes showed that pitchers who continued to lift during the season maintained their velocity for the entire season. Those who stopped lifting had a significant reduction in velocity.

Lifting in season can help:

1. Maintain strength and power
2. Reduce injury risk
3. Support recovery
