As staff leaves for college next week and some return to high school Aug. 24, it’s that time of year to alter hours according to proper lifeguard ratios.

On Monday, Aug. 24 through Friday, Aug. 28, we will be open noon-4 pm. Saturday, Aug. 29 and Sunday, Aug. 30 are normal operating hours.

With all of our staff back in class, the pool will be closed Monday, Aug. 31 through Friday, Sept. 4.

We reopen for Labor Day weekend Saturday, Sept. 5 from 1 pm to 8pm; Sunday, Sept. 6 from noon-8pm and on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7 from noon-3:30pm.

Our Dog Swim is also on Labor Day Sept. 7 from 4pm-7pm. It is open to the public and is a cash-only event.

As we wind down for the season, we thank all of members for another great year!

Tonight (8/3) is our annual Moonlight Swim - one of our members’ favorite days! Enjoy an evening under the stars at the pool until 10 p.m.

We will have several snack bar specials today, including 4 new ice cream flavors from Hershey Creamery. Dinner specials of pulled pork or beef BBQ sandwiches will be served starting at 4 p.m. until they’re gone.

We’re also unveiling a new dirty soda flavor today called the Rubber Ducky (frosted lemonade).

Games for the kids in the early evening, too.

So, come early for the food and stay late for the fun!

The pool is now closed for the evening for a necessary sanitizing effort. If you are not signed up for pool alerts through our new app, we encourage you to do so. Check your email for sign-up instructions that were sent earlier this month, or you can sign up through your Member Splash account. See a pool manager if you need assistance.

We will be offering lifeguard certification classes for anyone interested in becoming a guard and recertification classes for current guards. Certifications include deep-water, AED, CPR and first-aid. See DevonManorSwimClub.com for more information.

Congratulations to Devon Manor Swim Club’s Cloe and Cole on being named homecoming king and queen at Susquehanna Township High School! We’re thrilled for them and hope they continue to have a great school year!

Once again, we closed out our 2025 season with our 12th annual Labor Day dog swim. It was another successful event, and we hope to see all the pups back again next year! See you in 2026!

We will now be open Aug. 25 and 26 from noon to 4 p.m. We are closed Aug. 27, 28 and 29.

The pool will open for normal hours on Aug. 30 and 31, and from noon to 3:30 p.m. on Labor Day. Also on Labor Day, the dog swim starts at 4 p.m.

As the summer comes to a close, we hope to see you during these final days of the pool season.

It’s almost time for our 12th Annual Dog Swim!

On Sept. 1, dogs less than 30lbs can swim from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. , and dogs over 30lbs can swim from 5:30 p.m. to 7p.m.
Cost is $5 per dog with one owner, and $1 for each additional human.

This is a cash-only event.

Event is open to the public; a pool membership isn’t required.

For more information, see DevonManorSwimClub.com, where you can also download a registration form to fill out and bring to the event with your cash payment. We will also have forms at the registration table.

Dogs must be friendly and up to date on shots. DMSC rules and regulations apply for all participants.
