On May 31, many Crunch locations will be participating in a special event to help the fight to cure ALS. 🙏🏻This event begins with 60 minutes of strength, core and stretching segmented into 20 minute mini classes and caps off with 30 minutes of Zumba 💃🏻🕺🏻. This is all included with your $20 donation to help fight ALS. You don’t have to be a Crunch member to register!

Immediately following is a 30 minute Zumba After Party that is open to all Crunch members and attendees.🥰 This gives you an hour of strength and an hour of Zumba while supporting an important cause.

The new fall schedule starts this week at Crunch Harrisburg, and I couldn’t be more excited! I’ll be teaching 2 new formats - B30 Body and Barre Assets! B30 will utilize new equipment to level up your strength training and I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to bring my Barre fitness experience to Crunch and the time is finally here! I love seeing this idea making its way more and more into the mainstream! For years I obsessed about what to eat and making one “wrong” choice could ruin my entire day. Knowing my happiness is more important than my size has been revolutionary. I really strive to bring this attitude to the fitness classes I teach and seeing an icon like share the same message makes me smile.
