You were just a little girl when I first met you—only about 18 months old. ❤️ And today, somehow, you turn **17**.

I’ve had the incredible privilege of watching you grow up and become the beautiful, strong, kind, and amazing young woman you are today.

It feels like just yesterday you were that tiny little girl, and now here you are, stepping into another exciting year of your life. Watching you grow, learn, change, and become your own person has been such a special part of my life.

I am so incredibly proud of the young woman you have become, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you next.

🐴🍂 WELCOME TO OUR FIRST FALL HORSE CAMP! 🍂🐴

We’re excited to kick off our first Fall Horse Camp and spend a fun-filled day at the barn! 🐎❤️

📅 Monday, September 7, 2026
⏰ 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Campers will enjoy a full day of horses, riding, horsemanship, learning, and plenty of barn fun!

⭐ IMPORTANT CAMP REMINDERS ⭐

Please make sure your camper:

💧 Brings a water bottle
🥨 Brings a snack
🥪 Brings a packed lunch
👖 Wears LONG PANTS
👟 Wears CLOSED-TOED SHOES
⏰ Arrives promptly at 8:30 AM

Proper clothing and footwear are required for everyone's safety around the horses.

Yesterday most of the kids of LSS had the privilege to participate in the 1st 4H field trip of 2026/27. We were given a tour at CrossRidge Ranch in Waynesboro, GA.
A world level, premier training facility that any horse enthusiast dreams of.

Thank you Terri Layer and Austin Layer Smith for welcoming us to your facility.

We really enjoyed it!

Afterwards we went to the Burke County Rec Center and Park and enjoyed some Pizza!
