Every year we see athletes spend thousands on club sports, travel teams, private lessons, and specialized instruction.
Yet many walk away from performance training at the exact stage when strength, speed, power, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention become most important.
There is a difference between exercising and training.
The athletes who consistently develop physical strength, movement quality, work capacity, discipline, and accountability often give themselves the best opportunity to maximize the skills they've worked so hard to build.
What are your thoughts? Why do so many parents/athletes stop performance training while continuing to invest heavily everywhere else?
