That's a wrap up...
We had our last Tuesday/Thursday Free Yoga on the Beach class by the Seashell Stage for the 2026 season this morning!🧘🏻‍♀️☀️🌊

We have had a wonderful season of yoga classes on the beach led by Susan and Sasha! We have loved connecting with our community!🫶🏻

A big thank you to Hampton Beach Village District for partnering with us so we can offer this wonderful free event to everyone!🥰🙏🏻

Due to rain and wet beach conditions…this mornings 7am Free Beach Yoga by the Seashell Stage class is canceled for today Thursday September 3rd, 2026. 🌧️

🍂 September is here, but we’re not ready to leave the beach just yet! 🌊🧘‍♀️

Join us all month long for our beautiful Beach Yoga classes right in front of our studio and soak up the peaceful ocean views while they last.

✨ Please note:
• FREE Yoga on the Beach by the Seashell Stage classes wrap up with its final class on September 10. Been such a fun season with the community!
• Our Beach Yoga classes in front of the studio will continue throughout the entire month of September.

Then, as the seasons change, we’ll be bringing the calm indoors! 🍁 Beginning in October, we’ll offer a wonderful variety of cozy Fall/Winter in-studio classes designed to keep you moving, grounded, and connected all season long.

Early morning Serenity at Sunrise Beach Yoga class this morning….started out in darkness and opened to the beautiful morning light. 🌅

Wake up early….gather with us…and be present to welcome the new sunrise every Monday morning 5:30am-6:30am with Susan, our studio owner. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Yoga blankets and yoga mats provided.

Witness the quiet of the morning on the beach and the beauty it holds. The sound of soft waves and opening of a new day. 🌅🌊

Met this lovely group of women at the Pelham Hotel having fun together on a Girls Weekend!

This week is our last Sunset Yoga classes on the deck at the Pelham for this summer season….🌅

Our Ocean Adventure Children’s Yoga class led by Kristina was so fun on the Seashell Stage!⭐️

We had 25 kids come have fun with us…trying yoga poses and finding treasure!🧘🏻‍♀️🩵☀️🌊

Thankyou to Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce for inviting us on to the stage for Children’s Week.🙏🏻

We all had so much fun! ☀️

We are excited to be a part of the Children's Festival here in Hampton next week.....offering a fun and free Childrens Yoga class on the Seashell Stage on Monday August 17th, 2026 11:00am-11:45am 🧘‍♀️🐚

Bring your children and let us introduce yoga to them in a fun and engaging way! 🫶 Yoga mats will be provided.
