We’re excited to bring back some Local Legends to help train and inspire our area wrestlers. These athletes will share firsthand what it’s like stepping into a Division I wrestling room during their first year of college—where the intensity, discipline, and expectations reach a whole new level.

Already highly skilled coming out of high school, they’ve continued to grow both technically and mentally at the collegiate level. Now, they’re bringing that knowledge back—offering not just advanced technique, but the mindset it takes to compete and succeed at the highest levels.

Ian Fritz and Justin Root are exactly the kind of student-athletes you want your kids learning from. Not only are they outstanding wrestlers, but they are exceptional individuals off the mat—leading with character, integrity, and a strong foundation in their faith.
