Looking for morning fitness classes. Here is a great opportunity!

10/26/2026

It’s been 15+ years since I was involved with wrestlers competing at Super 32. That year, we had a champion and three wrestlers lose in the blood round—all from Pennsylvania.

This year, it felt great to have three NC Legend wrestlers make the trip.

Kaden Price – 4th Place
Grayson Patton – 1-2
Sophia Medlock – 0-2

All three took an important first step. They put themselves in a room with some of the best wrestlers in the country. Now they have a better understanding of what that level looks like, what it takes to compete there, and what they need to work on to get there themselves.

You can't reach a level you've never experienced. Now they've experienced it.

My next post might be my honest opinion on what NC has to do.

Sunday October 18th

This is a great opportunity for the wrestlers at any level to meet a college coach. The money goes towards season tickets for UNC. They are doing an out reach program all across North Carolina. NC LEGEND staff will be there to assist all levels.

45 KIDS. 45 NEW WRESTLERS. ONE AWESOME DAY! 🤼‍♂️🔥

What a day at NC Legend Training Center!

We had 45 kids step on the mat for the very first time this weekend — and they absolutely crushed it!

These football players and cheerleaders came in not knowing exactly what to expect, and they jumped right in. They listened, worked hard, tried new things, and most importantly… THEY HAD FUN!

Our NC Legend coaches were blown away by their focus, effort, and willingness to try something completely new.

That is what wrestling is all about.

It's not about being the toughest kid in the room on Day 1. It's about being willing to step onto the mat, learn something new, get uncomfortable, and keep going.

A HUGE thank you to all the parents who trusted us with their kids, and to the football and cheer coaches who helped make this happen.

We hope we created 45 new wrestling fans this weekend. ❤️💪

And who knows…

Maybe we just met the next NC Legend. 🐐

WELCOME TO WRESTLING, KIDS!
