We’re excited to introduce our Adaptive Yoga + Chair Yoga Class! Our studio’s very first class designed to make yoga truly more accessible and inclusive for every body.

This class will offer gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, balance, and relaxation with modifications and support for those who practice from a wheelchair or chair.

Whether you’re new to yoga, have limited mobility, or simply want a slower, more supported practice, you belong here. 💛

♿️ For wheelchair users: A support person/helper is required to remain with you for the duration of class.

I went today for my first round of Infused IV FLUIDS at Marko Lujic MD , right here in Hamden . I was given a bag of life ! You cannot believe what a bag of fluids feels like until you experience it for yourself . I feel Rejuvenated ! We don’t realize how much fluid we loose during day to day activities .
