My two instructors,Grandmaster Tae Hee YI and Grandmaster Hee Il Cho.
My lineage. When I step on the training room floor,tournaments etc. they are always with me. Grateful for what they have taught and instilled in me.
I never forget  where I came from. I mention them quite often to our students.
Sometimes I see and hear people saying I achieved my new rank, I won at this tournament. Congratulations to me. How about taking a moment and thanking your instructor and everyone else who helped you achieve your goal.  Have some humility. Be humble it will serve you better.
