Success at Grappling Industries in Buffalo!

Sub Zero Jiu Jitsu had 8 kids and teens signed up and we walked out as the 1st place kids and teens overall team!

This was the perfect scenario where the kids did very well, but also had plenty of things to work on going forward!

Congrats on the hard work and high degree of sportsmanship everyone displayed!

Onto AGF at the end of July!

Today we had the honor of promoting Lee to blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

Lee, as well as his 3 kids, have been a part of Sub Zero Jiu Jitsu for over 4 years, as well as helping out with the Kids program.

This evening we had the absolute honor of promoting a bunch of our kids program students.

Our kids program features some excellent young people who are not only dedicated and disciplined on the mat, but are kindhearted and exemplary off the mat as well.
