CrossFit 301 Elite is for you! Regardless if you are a seasoned athlete or have never worked out! Because our workouts are based on foundational movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs! CrossFit 301 Elite is not your ordinary “gym”. At most gyms you attend by yourself and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform that day. CrossFit 301 Elite workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where our community cheers each other on! Coaches will be on hand helping you through every step of the workout. At CrossFit 301 Elite you get the best of both worlds, personal training in a group setting. We pride ourselves in staying true to CrossFit programming here at 301 Elite by teaching skills, progressions, and by building a solid foundation for our athletes in Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio), Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Sport.
