A meta-analysis published earlier this year tracked 15,782 people losing weight across every major intervention Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, diet-only, and structured exercise programs.
The best result in the entire study: resistance training programs, where participants lost 17.5% of their weight as muscle rather than fat.
We pulled InBody scan data from all of the participants of our weight loss program over the same period.
131 lbs lost. Net muscle change: +0.5 lbs.
