If this week hasn't gone exactly as planned, don't wait until Monday to begin again. Every meal, every walk, and every healthy decision is a new opportunity to move in the direction you want to go. Progress is made one choice at a time, and every positive choice counts.

Choose one calming activity to replace screen time tonight. Read a few pages of a book, listen to music, prepare tomorrow's lunch, or simply enjoy a quiet conversation with someone at home. Small evening rituals can help you end the day feeling more relaxed.

Pay attention to how you're feeling this week. If you're tired, sore, or mentally drained, consider choosing a lighter activity like walking, stretching, or yoga instead of pushing through another intense workout.

Today, choose an activity that feels good simply because you enjoy it. Go for a walk, play outside with your family, stretch, dance, or spend time in nature. Moving your body can be one of the best ways to celebrate everything it allows you to do.

FEAR after a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis harms bone health by triggering chronic stress, which raises cortisol levels that can strip calcium from bones.
The resulting anxiety often leads to harmful overreactions including:
* excessive fear of movement
* reduction of physical activity
* avoidance of necessary weight-bearing exercise
* avoidance of progressive resistance training
These things ultimately increase fall risk due to the weakening of bones and muscles.
Our BoneFit™ Trained Healthcare Professional specializes in evidence-based exercise for osteoporosis and nutrition for strong, healthy bones. She has developed three valuable educational programs designed to help you make sense of the available information and help you work through the fear. This will allow you to gain confidence in movement so you can resume the happy, active lifestyle you deserve. Kim is also an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, NASM CPT, CNC, CES, and Precision Nutrition L1 and L2 Certified Coach.
Registration is now open for 2 of her educational programs. SPOTS ARE LIMITED. Visit:
