Status: Located

Observations suggest only 2,500 examples exist the wild. Reports indicate collectors began tracking serial numbers almost immediately, while others simply started asking where they could find one. Distinctive enough to stand out in a crowded display case and scarce enough to generate rumors before sightings. Further investigation suggests suggests this may be one of the last opportunities to document the pair together.

Though often observed independently, sightings of a bonded pair have become increasingly rare. Current field notes confirm both specimens remain together in their present habitat and can only migrate, together.

The outdoors gives us a lot—sunrises in the timber, mornings in the field, memories with family, and stories that stick with us forever.

Conservation matters because those experiences matter.

Turns out the people who spend the most time outdoors usually care pretty deeply about protecting it.

Hunters and outdoorsmen have long played a major role in wildlife management, habitat restoration, and preserving access for future generations—and that legacy is something worth being proud of.
