Aluminum Falcon Robotics-Team 2168 We are a rigorous extracurricular program that aims to inspire students to explore STEM and promote it as a fun and engaging pathway to a fulfilling future.

Our students are paired with industry professionals, engineers, and teachers to design, build, wire, and program robots for the FIRST Robotics Competition, engage in outreach to excite others in the community about the future of STEM, and connect youth with industry experts in the community.

Our students had an amazing time supporting the middle school STEM Camp and sharing their passion for FIRST Robotics, engineering, and STEM! From creating and implementing activities to encouraging curiosity and problem-solving, they did an outstanding job representing what it means to be an FRC team.

Investing in the next generation of innovators is what it's all about, and we hope to see many of these campers become future Aluminum Falcons! ❤️🖤🦅🤖

Meet Katie, an outgoing and excellent senior with years of impressive experience in the many extracurricular activities she participates in! She’s not only won a tournament on Fitch’s debate club, but also multiple impressive awards for both herself and the team as a whole. As she does have an impressive streak in debate, she also balances being the captain of the Volleyball team and our team’s Co-Captain all at once. If you thought that was all, you’re wrong! She is Captain of the Tennis team and President of NHS! Outside of school, you may find her volunteering at the aquarium or library, baking, or watching basketball! Though unsure of where she’s heading in the future, she knows it'll include cellular biology! Her future is bright, and we all can say we’re excited to see the success she’s guaranteed to achieve!

Meet Jillian, a four-time state qualifier in Varsity Swimming. She’s been awarded the title of ECC Scholar Athlete and ECC Honorable Mention twice! As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also in Varsity Tennis, the President of the Asian Alliance Club, and a part of the National Honor Society. She’s a great representation of brains and confidence! In addition, she’s won the Martin Luther King Jr. award! On our team, she is a member of design and our Drive Coach. Outside of her busy life with school and sports, she enjoys reading, playing video games, drawing, playing the guitar, and even baking sweets (pineapple upside down cake, cinnamon rolls, etc…). One of her career choices is in Mechanical Engineering! ❤️🖤

Meet Ronan. He loves to challenge himself with multiple AP classes and enjoys technology-related subjects. In and outside of school, Ronan plays video games, has a passion for D&D, and runs the campaigns. Excitedly, he’s been accepted to RPI and is hoping to attend next year. Meet Karla, a very hardworking and outstanding senior. On the team, she’s the software lead, captain, and operator. At school, she is a member of the Fitch High School Math Team and the National Honors Society. Outside of school, Karla enjoys playing RPG and horror games, coding robot systems, and drawing. She was a Dean’s List semi-finalist, and is planning to go to a college for computer science and possibly minor in electrical engineering or psychology. We can’t wait to see Karla follow her dreams and succeed in the future! ❤️🖤
