Dance by Design is the area's most dynamic dance studio, inspiring Instructors with a wide variety of dance backgrounds, cutting edge choreography, a passion for the art of dance and valuing our dance families and community. Our studio director has been featured in Dance Studio Life Magazine as a “Spotlight Teacher” and has been selected as a 2011 suburban under

40 for outstanding leadership and contributions to dance education. Ashland Home Town Hero Award recipient.

2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 Winner Best Dance Studio, Sarpy County People's Choice award. 2021 Omaha Choice Award - Best Dance Studio.

✨ Welcome to our 2026–2027 Dance Season! ✨

Our teaching team is so excited to welcome your children back to the studio for an incredible 18th year of dancing, learning, and performing!

Here is everything you need to know as we get ready to kick off the new year:

📅 Important Dates & Details
First Day of Classes: Monday, September 14th
Class Changes: Please call or email us by September 14th if you need to adjust your schedule.

Open Registration: Public registration for classes with remaining availability stays open through December 1st—spots are filling fast!

💳 Tuition & Newsletters
Tuition is due during the first week of every month (pay easily online via your portal or in the office).

🩰 Studio Boutique & Dress Code
Need gear? Our studio boutique is fully stocked with leotards, tights, and ballet, jazz, and tap shoes!
Stop by Monday–Thursday from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM to shop before classes officially begin. Check your Studio handbook for full dress code guidelines.

🚗 Studio Reminders
Parking: Parking is limited, so please utilize both entrances and exits to keep traffic moving smoothly.
Viewing Windows: Waiting area seating is limited.

Younger dancer classes rotate studios monthly so parents get alternating months with viewing window access.

• Serve as the welcoming face and receptionist for our studio and customers
• Manage routine administrative duties and filing
• Keep our space sparkling with light routine cleaning (office, hallways, and studios)
• Take on special projects and assigned duties from the Director

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Self-motivated and flexible team players
• Background or experience in customer service, business, or basic accounting
• A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine love for working around kids
• Someone eager to learn and grow within a small business environment!
