Absolutely amazing night. I truly can say out of the 30 years pizazz has been doing this that was the smoothest fastest dress rehearsal we have had and it all because of how amazing you all are! We have never and I mean never ran ahead of schedule and left before 9pm. Thank you all again!
Doors will open 1 hour before the show starts. So 4 pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday. We would love to start the show right on time so please come prepared and ready.
To make it easier all dancers with a VIP band that is not on their wrist but around their bag can enter the VIP door with one adult who already has their ticket purchased. As soon as dancer enter the school please head to lockers rooms and get ready for your first number. Please set up an area for u and your dancer in locker room and you can keep ur stuff in there until the end of the show.... Dancers in the finale will be leaving the stage and meeting you in the locker room.
There is a main entrance for non dancers to keep the line moving please have the correct wristband on as we will check when you get to the door. If you need to purchase a ticket there will be a ticket table as you enter. Tickets are $20 each and cash only.
Concessions. We will be selling candy, chips, soda, seltzer and cookies. $1.00-$2.00 each cash only
We will have a Pizazz Dance Studio table selling dance blankets, mini portable fans with batteries, squishy toys, special lollipops and recital gift bags. If you placed an order already for a bag and have not received it it will be located at the pizazz gift table!
We also will have all of our company awards and pictures on display and because we aren't doing solos or duets at the recital to help keep time down we will have videos of their dancers. We also have Fogbuster Coffee table again which has amazing coffee! And let's not forget cuddles and hoots will have a table with cute handmade dancers and much more. Please don't forget to preorder your flowers for the show! They will be delivered to the school and you can pick up at the ticket table or when you are ready. During the show all side doors in auditorium will be closed. Please use the back doors in auditorium and hallway to get to stage! As soon as your dancer is ready and in their chair parents can head back to enjoy the show. As soon as dancers are done they will be sitting in chairs in the same hallway waiting for you older dancers 5 and up can head to locker room and wait for you there. Please stay seated until a dance is over to get up or head to your seats. Please be kind and respectful to everyone.
We can not have anyone wondering the school.
Everyone's costume looked amazing and hair and makeup was perfect!!! Please make sure buns are nice and secure and up high to be seen. If you had tags on skirts please cut those out
Everyone please check your bags we have a couple missing tap shoes.
Please remember Cafeteria is off limits. No food or drinks in auditorium
Please download the digital program ASAP as service and Internet is slow at the school. I will send a printable copy of the program if needed.

If there are any issues during the show please head to the concession stand and let someone know and it will get to me ASAP.
No one is allowed backstage except for dancers. We will have older dancers changing for quick costume changes so please respect and follow this rule. Dancers are asked to stay in hallway until they are told to come back to help with noise and distractions!
