Learn the basics of how to skate and get a feel for all of the different officiating roles that make derby happen! Are you interested in getting involved with the roller derby community, but in a different way aside from playing the full contact game? Our upcoming recruitment night is also open to interested skating and non-skating officials!

At our recruitment night, we will teach you game basics and rules, as well skate basics if you hope to try officiating on skates. No prior roller derby or skating experience needed, and you are welcome to try both playing and officiating. RSVP on our website or event page. Hope to see you there!

Looking for a new hobby, or new friends, or a way to get some aggression out about the state of the world, or a place to be your whole self on roller skates? Come try roller derby!! on Thursday January 15th in Greenfield or Monday February 2nd in South Amherst!
We have been enthusiastically welcoming people of all/no genders since our very beginning. All are welcome (ages 16+), no experience is necessary, and we even have loaner skates and gear you can borrow! Check out the FB events on our page for more details and to sign up!

Suggested donation $15 adults, $5 kids/youth.
No one turned away for lack of funds.

To get even closer to the action than the bleachers, bring your own camp chair, which you can set up on the inner rink (out of the crash zone 😄).

Saturday was incredible! Thank you for having us Bay State Brawlers !
It was awesome getting to reconnect with so many PVRD supporters. We're not done with this season yet!
