The summer sun showed up for us more often than not, and on the day it didn’t, we loved welcoming you into our cozy space at The Yoga Loft to keep the practice flowing.

We’re excited to share a more balanced weekly schedule for August ✨

You’ll notice the same (or very similar) classes and class times on Mon/Wed and Tues/Thur, making it even easier to stay consistent with your wellness goals and build a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.

We’ll be making a few minor tweaks for September, and we hope you’re just as excited as we are about these thoughtful modifications. Some of our community has been asking for these shifts, and we’re grateful to be able to make changes when they align and make sense for everyone.

Due to the current unhealthy air quality conditions, tonight's Outdoor Yoga class will be moved indoors to The Yoga Loft.
The health and safety of our community and instructor are always our top priority, and we want to ensure everyone can practice comfortably and safely. 💚

⏰ Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in before class begins.
