Today, we celebrate two beautiful reminders: the longest day of the year and the practice that teaches us how to fully live it.

As the sun reaches its highest point, we’re invited to do the same—to shine brightly, move intentionally, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

8:30am Fire (vinyasa style class, heated to 85°+)
10am Slow Flow (traditional, non-heated slower paced yoga)
