Why do we train without shoes?
🔋Better stability and balance. Without cushioned shoes, your feet connect directly to the ground, creating a stronger foundation for lifts like squats and deadlifts.
🔋Stronger feet and ankles. We often forget to train our feet and ankles. Training without shoes forces the utilization of muscles that aren’t always worked while wearing cushioned shoes.
🔋Improved movement mechanics. Feeling the floor beneath your feet can make it easier to maintain proper positioning and technique during compound lifts.
🔋Shoes have arch and ankle support that we can improve on our own by training without these reinforcements.
